Age Verification: We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be returned, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
To create an Account, you must complete the mcd76 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.
mcd76 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we operate a KYC programme that requires Players to submit identity verification documents before processing their first withdrawal request or at any time we reasonably determine verification is necessary.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly. In exceptional circumstances, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your balance.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mcd76 reserves the right to return funds and request re-submission if a deposit cannot be matched to a verified account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed by mcd76 during standard operating hours. The majority of withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

mcd76 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network fees which are outside our control.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mcd76 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each bonus offer and supplement the general provisions set out in this section.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet limit of MYR 250 applies per round, per spin, or per game event unless a lower limit is specified in the bonus-specific terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during bonus play constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

Bonus Funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus-specific terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Expired bonuses and any uncleared wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
mcd76 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of offer structures, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
A bet is considered placed and binding once you have received a confirmation from the Platform that your wager has been accepted. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming. Requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation are not accepted except in circumstances where mcd76 determines at its sole discretion that an error has occurred in the display of odds, lines, or game conditions.
mcd76 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected sports events including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other major competitions. Odds in live markets change rapidly, and there may be brief delays between real-world events and market updates. mcd76 shall not be liable for any bet accepted or settled during a period of technical delay provided that the settlement reflects the correct outcome of the event.
Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are available on eligible football and other sports markets. All selections must win for the Mix Parlay bet to return. If one selection is voided, the parlay will be recalculated excluding the voided leg at odds of 1.00. Minimum and maximum parlay limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip at time of placement.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed game studio partners. All game results are final once the round has completed. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures published for each game reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcd76 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if mcd76 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mcd76 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
In the event that mcd76 is found liable for any loss or damage in connection with your use of the Platform, our total liability shall be limited to the aggregate amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In such cases, mcd76 may withhold funds pending investigation and will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of the suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will close your Account and process any remaining Real Money Funds balance (subject to any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements) within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mcd76 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. Players with dormant accounts will receive prior written notice before any fee is applied.
mcd76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material amendments by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or for security reasons.
Your continued use of the mcd76 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which mcd76 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
